I know. It sucks. I work in a hospital and I get to interact with a lot of patients and staff and believe me, it gets nasty. Some patients don't bother to brush their teeth on a daily basis or some staff members drink lots of coffee with milk and believe you me, after drinking coffee all day, their mouths reek of nastiness.

Actually, everyone does that, but you only notice the ones with bad breath as it is distracting, otherwise you are paying attention to what is being said. Carry some mints or gum (or both) in your pocket or purse, and offer one to them next time - take one yourself as well, as people do not often realize they also have bad breath... we don't notice our own. Just remember to do it nicely! Best wishes.

I guess they wanna see if the person whom they are talking to has bad breath also.

Probably because they know their breath is bad and they want to make you suffer.

properly heres an person-friendly thanks to confirm.... if your breath stinks go brush your tooth do mouthwash etc. once you try this lick your wrist and scent it..in case you scent some thing then thats what someone ought to capture a glimpse of at the same time as your chatting with.
