Mine have been sore for about a week now. Not painful or anything, just achey and sore, and they just feel heavier. I've only had this symptom before when I was pregnant. But could this happen for another reason?

Sorry I didn't clarify, I'm not due to have my period for another week, so it's not associated with that.

It doesn't always mean something is wrong. Sometimes they ache due to body changes, such as periods, menopause, PMS, ect. Or you could be pregnant again. But if you are overly concerned, checking with a doctor never hurts! I'm sure you are okay though. Good Luck! -Kate-

breast tenderness can be a result of many things. your period may be coming on, you may have sore tissue due tue roughhousing or even just hitting it hard enough against something. pregnancy is a big maybe though.....so if you are and you want to be, congratulations.

Some women can get that before their period or from too much caffiene when cysts from fibrocystic disease start to develop. But you are right it does happen with pregnancy too. Are you sure you are not pregnant?

no, caffeine and chocolate, especially by your periods will cause soreness. So can hormones, keep track when you are uncomfortable, keep a food diary and this will help you narrow down what is causing the pain
