Fiber. Oranges, prunes, lettuce, celery, fresh spinach are just a few of the foods that have fiber.

Castor oil will also help clean you out.

The best thing is NOT to eat anything for a day. Just drink lots of water a little at a time. In other words, try fasting for a day. That won't kill you, constipation may. Some people fast once a week as a prophylactic method.
Then, try to include fiber in your diet. I guess you already knew that but still prefer junk food, huh?
You can also try eating only raw fruits and vegetables for a month to regularize yourself. This will naturally cleanse your intestines.

Drink milk and eat anything high in fiber. Whole grain cereals, breads, etc. Try drinking hot chocolate or coffee, heat usually has an effect on people. Also, buy stool softener and fiber pills. They're very well known for putting people on a "regular" schedule. Good luck!

fiberrrrr, make sure you have fiber everyday. Fresh vegetables also help with the constipation. you may be backed up, if you need an enema maybe that's your solution. OR you could gulp down some milk of magnesia... Ultimately, constipation is derived from your diet, eat healthy and you should worry no more about it.

well, the best food to eat when you're constipated is fruits and vegetables. try to cut down on eating fatty foods. the best thing to take while constipated is laxatives. what i took was laxatives with natural fibre that included fruits and vegetables in one. i picked it up from the pharmacy. they look like they're seeds, and in a box the size of the boxes that hold cough medicines, and all you do is take it with water.

anything with a lot of fiber...try eating a bran cereal in the morning...if that doesn't appeal to you, try honey bunches of oats...avoid cheese and corn, eat more veggies and fruits though...also drink lots of water, as this makes your "poop" more manageable and able to pass through without so much tearing. If that doesn't work, try taking a gentle suppository.

hey take more of apples at night, at least take 2 apples and papaya , every night , and don't drink milk over it. Moreover if you bleed, then you should be taking----cold milk, sqeeze lemon and drink that mixture in one go, and your bleeding will stop. Moreover drink more aloe vera if you are trying for conception, or you can write to us in detail with all your reports and test done, so that you get proper guidance and diet chart for early conception. Drink apricot nectar. It works as good as prune juice but tastes MUCH better. In addition to that, drink lots of water.
