ok, i am only 17 and i have these little coarse hairs that come out of my chin (as if i'm slowly developing a beard) and i am wondering if this is normal or not for me, as a girl.

Yes, it's normal. Some women have a few coarse hairs on their chin. This doesn't mean you're developing a beard. You simply need to tweeze them out (don't shave them off or they'll feel stubbly).

See an endocrinologist, he is a specialist in hormones and body chemistry. Your hormone balance may be off, simple pills can fix it,if that is the case. At 17 I don't think you should be getting that, but it wouldn't hurt to make sure anyway.

Yes, honey, it's hormones. Just pluck the suckers. You'll be doing it a long time.

My best friend gets those all the time, it's normalish! You can pluck them with tweezers or get them perm. removed by lasers and such [by a dermatologist].
