I wanted to now if you all thought this was the end of my friendship.

I was really depressed this morning, and my friend tried to help me, but didn't want to deal with me directly too much because it's with her that I was depressed over. Anyway, I go out to lunch and come back and see that she doesn't want to be my friend (in email) for a month, I get to respond, she criticises my response for one barely meant line and tells me we're no longer friends. Is this the end of our friendship for real? I just wanted to see what you people thought.

In simple words,ur a nut that ddoesn't know a thing bout friendship.Friendships dont end this way,its better if u talk to her at length and tell her what exactly is ailing you regarding her and try to find out solutions.Im sure things will work out.All the very best

I personally think your friend is very overeacting. However, if she is like my cousin (sounds like her a little) this whole thing will blow over in a week, or two days. :) But if I were you, I wouldn't even want to be friends with somebody who would throw away a friendship over a few hurt feelings.

aw, that sucks. I'm sorry. If someone turns ya down in anyway, just leave em alone, you'll look worse and way creepy if you persist. you seem nice and undeserving of this so just hurt for a bit and move on. good luck

I don't want to alarm you but I think it might be.Or she could gust be busy.Try and keep your friendship open for another month. If it's still the same way I would let it go.

"She doesn't want to be my friend for a month"? Are you kidding? Friends don't dictate the terms of their friendship. She no longer wants to be friends? Good, you are well rid of her.
