Well, technically, it would because it would be before you get married (whether you plan on getting married or not)
But I would say that it just depends on your moral views on the issue. If premarital sex bothers you, then don't have sex before marriage.

Yes; pre- meaning "before" and marital being "marriage". There is no implication that you must marry that particular person with whom you choose to "know in a Biblical sense." (I'm laughing b/c I made a funny ;) ).
