As part of its Corporate and Social Responsibility initiatives. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), for the first time ever is offering an intensive English programme for graduates of Malaysia who are still in search of an employment. This special program entitled 'CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATIONS' (CiBEC) is specially designed to equip graduates, who are still searching for a job, with necessary English skills and knowledge that are required in the real work environment.
TM Group lends a helping hand regionally
The TM Group has stepped forward to assist tsunami devastated areas by donating RM1.0 million to several relief funds. TM and its Group of companies, Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad and TM Net Sdn Bhd joined efforts to contribute RM500,000 to the tsunami disaster relief funds organised by the NSTP Group (RM250,000), The Star-MRCS-Mercy (RM150,000) and Kumpulan Utusan (RM100,000). TM also contributed RM500,000 to tsunami disaster relief funds in Sri Lanka and Indonesia via its subsidiary, TM International Sdn Bhd.
