Nah... 'fraid not... unless it is intentional, go-out-of-your-way to murder the little critter assault, of course.
Since I live 150 miles from the nearest shopping center, hauling my hiney around like this is essential. When you travel these distances, being a perp in the occasional road kill is inevitable. Many rabbits and even some deer have been known to not only hurl themselves in front of a car, or worse... a motorcycle (yikes!), but actually into the side of it! Always wondered if they were suicidal or just trying to 'get even'!

Well, according to the dictionary, an abomination is: "an action that is vicious or vile; an action that arouses disgust or abhorence." So, yes, roadkill is an abomination. However, I think that most people feel that something that is an abomination is caused mostly by intentional action, to which killing an animal on the road is not intentional (unless you're a psycho, future serial killer). So, yes and no??? ;)

An "abomination" usually refers to something which society finds appalling, immoral, or disgusting. For instance, politicians.
Road kill, however, would not fall into that category for most people.
Ergo: road kill is better than politicians.

An abomination? It's more like an accident. You must live in the city?
