Um...no? Why would they? Anyways if a top program gave checks to their players on national tv they wouldn't even get the death penalty then. You think the NCAA would kill a cash cow like Miami, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, USC, Texas and all the others?

No. Of course not. What makes people always want to jump to the death penalty. That not only punishes those involved but future fans and potential players.
