If you happen to be preforming these two tasks simultaneously, I would advise you not to try this at home. The harmful chemicals found in bleach may harm the fragile newborn child of yours. If you are not doing these two task simultaneously, I suppose and assume it would be safe enough to give it a shot.

Yes, it's generally safe, but to be safer waxing is much better. The reason? The baby often touches, kisses, sucks on Mommy's face and THAT would be harmful to baby.

Are you concerned about it getting into your breast milk? if so, I don't think enough would be absorbed by the body to cause that to happen. If you mean actually while you are breastfeeding, well I have heard of multi tasking but man!!
