yes, its a flip flop.
The flip flop that troubles me most is this one....lets see if you can guess who said it.
"wanted dead or alive"
and then flip flop
"you know i don't know where he is, I really don't spend that much time on him"
and then he closed down the counter terrorism unit with the specific task of finding OSBL.
can you guess who the mystery flip floper is?

I can't wait to hear all the nutcase conservatives say "Saddam did have them, it was that mustard gas remember".
Of course the serin and mustard gas had a shelf life of 1 month thus wasn't any good. Even Bush and Cheney laugh at that stuff. But you wait they'll mention it as a way to justify the war.
And yes this administration is the mother of all flip flops. No wonder 65% of Americans are against the war. Don't you wish you had a dime for every Bush flip flop, you would make the fortune 500 list.

Sure sounds like it...Isn't that what he accussed Kerry of?
And how is it a flip-flop when you get pressured into voting for legislation that was given to you late, late Friday night and the vote is on Monday? Especially when the legislation is 2800 pages long and both republicans and democrats alike complain that they weren't given a chance to read it. How can you flip flop when you don't even know the details of what you're voting on?

Just one of many. Some other notables:
"I'm a war president," Bush told NBC's "Meet the Press" on Feb. 8, 2004. But in a July 20, 2004 speech in Iowa, he said: "Nobody wants to be the war president. I want to be the peace president."
In 2000, he claimed to be for balanced budgets. Four years later, now that he has turned record budget surpluses into budget deficits, he claims that deficits are not a problem, and that it is the size of the budget deficit relative to the GDP that matters
Bush said we must not appease terrorists, then lifted trade sanctions on Pakistan, which pardoned its official who sold nuclear secrets to Iran, Libya and North Korea.
"Ken Lay is a close personal friend of the President, who calls him "Kenny Boy," and was the first person the administration turned to on important issues of energy policy TO "It has been quite some time since Bush and Lay talked with each other"

try a news search on WMDS or 500 WMDS just for starters.
That said, I dont recall that being the be all end all reason for going to Iraq in the first place. Quite frankly I would PREFER that the primary reason was to free the Iraqi people.
Do a Nexus Lexus search and re acquiant yourself with ALL the reasons given for going to Iraq.
Remy you are WAY off base 1 month LOL. They DO begin to deteriorate, but they don't have to be all that fresh to work. In fact, I highly doubt you will be volunteering your backyard, neighborhood, city or county as a disposal site for those "harmless WMD's"

You know, that's just the kind of question the terrorists would want you to be a-asking. Now I'm seeking out a copy of the Republican playbook so that their type of witty knee-jerk reactions will be closer when needed. I think we should try for a double discount so that you won't be pointing out things that are best left under the carpet or buried in the thousand graves of short-lived lives...

While there is civil war in Iraq... USA is syphoning oil to its own country and not to the world market! I think they created the civil war so that the country will not demand control over its oil reserves. There are three layers of security cordon protecting oil refineries involved full time in stealing oil!!! IT IS REALLY A SHAME FOR SUCH A SELF PROCLAIMED POWER!!!

Changing from one lie to another isn't a 'flip-flop'.
I don't know what you call it....maybe being a politician.

Please don't be offended, but are you stupid ? Do you own a TV ? Have you not seen the WMD's that have been found so far ? We KNOW he had them because WE sold them to him ! He has obviously hidden or moved them, like he move his military planes to Iran during the first gulf war. PS. Bush can't run again remember "term limits" ? Not too smart .
