It truely depends on your taste, but my favorite Ps2 Games are Grand Theft Auto 3 and Kingdom Hearts 2.

Resident Evil games especially #4.Kingdom hearts 1 and 2.God Of War.Burnout revenge.Soul Calibur 1,2,3.we love katamari.shadow of colossus.Destroy all humans.Sims2.Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.mortal combat.tekken.final fantasy games.Jak 2 and 3.hmmmmm.Okami!if its out now that is.that's all at the tip of my head.
