What is with all the bad music nowadays you have backstreetboys the used and all this other garbage where has?

The simple fact is, I still listen to the Backstreet Boys because there have been ABSOLUTELY NO half-decent mainstream music styles to fill their place. The "alternative/new rock" (whatever you call it) is the most insipid kind of bilge since the 60s' drug-induced hippie music. And rap is generally still as filthy as it's been for, what, a decade? Oh well, it's been that way for as long as I can remember. I'm sticking with BB until something else that can create some semblance of music emerges.

This is the meat:

Eminem, System of A Down, Andre 3000 form Outkast, Norah Jones, Green Day, Kanye West. Maybe even Fallout Boy pending the release of their follow up album.

The secret is that you fall for the next Nirvana, Metalica or Doors instead of the next Presidents of the United States, Chumbawumba, or Starland Vacal Band.

All today's "alternative" rock, "new Country", rap and woo-woo boy/girl pop band music SUCKS because YOU, the young public--rave about these acts as if they really held TALENT, which they DON'T.

The good news, however, is rap's dying (bout dam time). And it seems you and countless millions of others are beginning to wake up and realize today's music acts TANK like rotten garbage. It's time to stick the fork in the other "fresh" alternative and "new" music acts and send them back home....fast!

Now, EACH one of you needs to find on line the address of the major record labels---and send letters en masse (that means a TON of mail), make calls....do what it takes to tell these guys to bring back the REAL ROCK and COUNTRY--and do away with this talent-less crap we've had to deal with.

youve got to be kidding me....i can understand you being upset about how the music industry has gone down hill, but the backstreet boys are a boy band.....created to make money by the bug music industry people

the used is a great rock band...i dont agree with a lot of their lyrics....but they make great music....maybe not in your opinion....but compared to the f***** backstreet boys they are damn good
