Hi, don't loose your time with sites that seem to be free but they always charge for something.
You need to have internet on your phone to receive poly or mp3 ringtones otherway you can receive monophonic ringtones through txt (only for Nokia and Motorola).

wow thats a tough one. i dont kno u could always get them from the plentiful popups that say GET YOUR FREE RINGTONES HERE!!! theyre a dime a dozen. for free ringtones u should call a fellow nerd/geek they are also plentiful and will help with all technological problems!!!

if you have a motorola phone, you can get a data cable and download motorola phone tools.. then you can put music on your phone from your computer. i know i saved myself lots of money.
