Wrong Turn, its super scary and exciting and a perfect movie 2 watch witha guy so u can cuddle with him on the scary parts

Hello Edward. Being an independent filmmaker I watch, study, and break down films constantly. I really believe if you know what to watch for, you can learn more from just watching good films (and particularly bad ones), then you can from going to some film school. My favorite film is "The Wizard of Oz." I remember watching that film when I was about 4 years old, and I was so terrified of the Wicked Witch of the West that I had nightmares for quite sometime afterward. That film, more then any other, has inspired me the most in my profession. I actually went as far as to pattern my screenplay for my first film (which is currently in post-production) after "Oz." The strange thing was, that I did it so subtlety, no one who read the script, including all the cast members, really picked up on it. I even had the villain in my film quote a few of Margaret Hamilton's lines!!

Band of Brothers. It's a series I know, but put together ya can think of it as a 10 hour movie. I like it because it's not only historical but TRUE. Steven Ambrose took personalized accounts from soldiers in the 101st and put them together in a fictional "E co." setting. The real people the show was based on are interviewed before each episode. The show does'nt glorify, or preach, but tries to give a 'grunt's eye' perspective of the period of history. :-p I got into the show cause I have relatives who were in the 101st at the "bulge".

The Blues Brothers - Great cast, awesome music, and the largest car wreck scene in movie history. Can't get any better than that. Oh, did I mention Carrie Fisher as a gun wielding maniac?
