You know, when I was young, I had heard that rubbing raw cucumber on your skin diminishes freckles. Well....not true. Then lemons. Not true. And...and...and...LOL.
I'm going to go out on a limb and pass something on for you. All of us with freckles have hated our freckles at one time or another. When you think you're ready to come to terms with them, just remember this.....
For every freckle you have, it means that you have been blessed by an angel.
I'm sorry if this offends you, but.....freckles are blessings in true form. :o)

I personally think freckles look ok... even cool. The magazines are so touched-up and airbrushed, you'd think nobody has them anymore! But if you really want to get rid of them, try Banishing Cream. It can be bought at most drugstores, pharmacies, Avon and even Wal-Mart. You apply it everyday and it will gradually fade them (probably won't give you a completely freckle-free complextion though). Some of them may be available with sunscreen already in them, but I would apply a high SPF for extra protection as it does make your skin more sensitive to the sun. If you don't want the freckles to darken again, you have to always use adequate sunscreen.

Why would you want to get rid of frekles. Freckles are the all time source of cuteness. I should know... i have them all over my face. Not so much that i look like i have skin cancer though. they're faded. but seriously. Are they some inconvenience (sp) to you?

Ok last person to be really insecure about their skin...Micheal Jackson and that turned out horrible. think chemicals aren't the way to go, too many risks not worth taking. I have freckles and seriously a good concealer and foundation will do the trick. You just have to wash it off well before going to bed and make sure your skin is well moisturized to not break out.

Why would you want to, freckles are awesome, especially if you have a fair complection. I have yet to see a woman who I had any ill feelings towards because of freckles....Use what ya got thats my opinion...

oh never get rid of your freckles.......they are beautiful! I have them myself and guys love them.

I am proud of my freckles, they are classic. They show a sensitive side...I NEVER cover my freckles. Don't, it will pay off.

I think that a hydroquinine bleaching cream, like the kind they sell in drug stores for sun spots/age spots, would work but it can make skin really sensitive so if you do, use it sparingly and with sunscreen.

Laser removal is available. It may lighten your skin though.
