The other people didn't read your question closely. It could be several things: bad indoor fan motor (or it's capacitor if it has one), thermostat, fan relay, low voltage wires, etc. Call a qualified service person to properly troubleshoot the problem.

i need more info,

try these things first tho
check the air filter inside and see if its plugged up if it is change it
next see if there is ice on the piping to the A/C inside if there is turn it off and let it melt you have your cooling set too low or your filter is plugged up
make sure the fan is running either worn or broken belt or worn or broken fan motor
blow out fins on condenser outside with hose they could be plugged with dust leaves dirt etc, failing that call your local A/C guy and get him to give you a $ to repair it, this way you will of tried everything he would of done and not get charged for it, and tell him what you have done too.

Are your coils frozen? Pull out the air filter and check. If they are you're probably low on freon. Nothing to do but to shut it off and have it serviced.
