The scene at the end of The Two Towers when Sam talks to Frodo about the stories "...the really important ones that stick with you, even if you're too young to know why" which is exactly how I felt about Lord of the Rings since my father read it to me when I was little.

There's a scene in "Return of the King" that gets me because of completely personal reasons.... no one else would cry... but it's a line that my mom has said before because my sister died when she was little. Anyway they say that line in the movie...something about a parent burying a child.

Terms of Endearment starring Debra Winger and Shirley McLaine: the scene where the mom (Winger) is laying in the hospital bed dying and she is talking to her 2 small boys, one of whom acts like he completely hates her and well anyway...too sad to go through all the details!
A Walk to Remember starring Mandy Moore: the wedding scene.

That scene in Click when Adam Sandler kept rewinding the last time he saw his dad. I am so glad I was alone when I watched that, I usually hold it inside you know but I really sobbed loudly in that scene.
