Because there's a lot of bad karma out there and just by being alive, you're gonna get some on you. Think of it this way--life is a sh!t storm, and even if you're not throwing any, you're gonna get hit sometimes. Everybody does. Would you really want bad things only to happen to bad people? Then they'd just get worse and eventually make you miserable. So just try to make manure out of sh!t and stop asking, why? Why me? Why not you? I mean, I'm sorry bad things happen, but asking why isn't going to stop something that just happens because it happens. If you focus on bad things, you'll get bogged down in them and keep yourself from good things. Think positive (it's cheezy, I know, but it really does work.) Good luck! (Ha-ha. Make your own good luck.)

Well, not exactly cursed - but at one stage of my life I seriously believed that if there was something bad to happen, it would have to happen to me. You know, like, if there was a single stone in a cherry pie I would break my tooth on it. But then I decided it is kind of stupid to think that way, and I started counting all the good things that happened to me, which I did nothing to deserve. Like being born with two legs and two arms, being able to run and breathe and enjoy the life. So now I have people telling me how I just have an amazing luck and everything works the way I want it. Yeah, right. I still have to deal with bad things, because it is a part of living. And I laugh at it, and say: 'OK, let's see just how bad it can get.' It usually does not get that bad...

Don't fight it. If things go awry, take one step at a time and keep your nose to the ground. It will all work out and you will be where you need to be for the good things. This makes you more interesting, but you probably are just more in tune with stuff going on around you. If you write, it could give you more experiences to inspire your creative side. Change your thinking and look around you. Think of it as being fortunate enough for the world to notice you, too! I try hard not to think in that way, even though I was widowed early in life.

You're not cursed...bad things happen to good people all the time. Hang in there & you'll see that as tough as your situation is right now...it will most definately get better.
The main thing we do in life is learn...this situation will pass & the lessons that you gain will be well worth the trip.

There's a saying I really like..."Thank you for the bas*ards in my life, because of them I now know how to deal with bas*ards."

You WILL come out stronger, I did.

I believe we draw 'bad luck' to ourselves with a negative mental outlook. Try being positive and saying to yourself over and over, I am NOT cursed. Good things will happen to me because I deserve good things. And believe that. Your 'luck' will improve.

Curses are real! You break a curse by getting right before the Lord and repenting of any sin in your life and asking him to send his HOLY SPIRIT TO YOU AND LIVE INSIDE OF YOU AND BLESS YOU INSTEAD OF CURSE YOU! Read blessings and curses in Deuteronomy 28 and then read John 3.16 and Romans 10.9 to see how to be free of this! Demons bring the curse and they will flee from you in the name of Jesus!

This is true. The bad things don't happen while I'm at work. So I just work all the time.

Cursed my butt. Who's in charge of your life, anyway? Tough stuff happens to everybody. Deal with it like a grownup. To say you don't deserve it is a big whine.
