Most people feel that there is something missing. As you get older, the feeling intensifies. If you have ever come close to feeling that your life was about to end (for example, if the plane you are in is about to crash, or if your doctor told you that you have a terminal case of cancer), you will feel this most acutely.
The answer is to determine what is the most important thing that you want to do with your life before it ends, and make a huge effort to accomplish it.

If everyone was completely honest in answering your question, they would admit to having something missing in their life. I think many have sacrificed dreams due to family obligations or fear of the unknown.
