I have a rubbing sound that seems to be coming from the right rear area when the car is in motion. It sounds like a low pitched scraping and it is still present when the engine off (if the car is being moved by pushing it). It is present at all speeds and seems to be on 75% of the time and off 25% of the time, and the intervals get faster as the car goes faster. I looked back there and I looked at the tire and didn't see any wear spots. What could it be?

does the noise increase or decrease when you apply the brakes, have you used the emergency brake lately. if so the emergency cable did not release and the brake shoes are rubbing the brake drum, or it may be that your rear brake shoes are just worn out (down to metal backing) and they need to be replaced, have them checked or you will have more troubles and expense, it may also be a hold down spring or return spring broke

cylinoide on the starter new?yet i'd merely replace your cables first likely the most inexpensive and least confusing area of start up with,it really is not any matter if it isn't cranking inspite of the undeniable fact that i'm no longer too attentive to this motor vehicle yet they're all merely about the same.

Wheel bearing. You will need to replace it IMMEDIATELY. It will cost you a hundred or two but will only need to be replaced once. Good luck.
