Your bra doesn't fit properly, so the nipple is getting rubbed by the fabric, or you are wearing rough fabrics with no bra. About the only agent you can put on sore nipples is vasiline -- all the lotions have alcohol and other evaporatives in them which are irritating. Straight mineral oil is okay as well.

Yes, it has happened to me and I'd be glad to help. In my case, my bra was rubbing against my nipples and causing some serious pain and redness. What I would do if I were you is put a band-aid on each of your nipples and/or buy some new, more comfortable bras (bring your mom or an older female with you). The friction is causing you pain. So don't worry, because nothing is wrong with you. Some girls are just more sensitive than others.

Sure. If it continues then seek the attention of a dr. Have you had sex and your nipples are sore from that? Maybe you are due for your period, or allergic to something, or possibly pregnant? All of these things an make your nipples tender and sore. The cream may irritate them more, try plain vaseline. Sorry that you are feeling uncomfortable. Niki

You could have a breast infection (though this almost NEVER affects both breasts). It is much more likely that you are sunburnt. I suggest that you rub each nipple gently with Cortisone cream 4 times a day. In 3 days it should feel MUCH better.

Or maybe it's menepause. Or it's proably an infection that you need to console a doctor or dermatologist since it's about your skin.

Try getting a cool washcloth and gently dab the lotion away...don't aggravate them by putting something on them. Maybe your allergic to the fabric on your bra or the detergent you use...try switching cleaning products and see what happens.

If you have been playing with them, that could cause some irritation. (I don't mean that to be mean" Could be a new detergent or fabric softener. Mine used to do that right before I had a growth spurt in that area. If it doesn't get any better, see your Dr. Your own body is worth keeping healthy.

You could be allergic to your detergent! Try taking a bath & change your bra... if that doesn't work go to the doctor.
