well, in our town, the local news gets over at 10:30 p.m. so that is considered a good time to go to bed, especially on a week night with work or school the next day. And curfew for teenagers is 12:30 a.m. My opinion is that not much good happens (especially out on the roads) after that time, so around or before 12:30 at the latest works for me!!

Depends on your schedule... if you get 6-8 hours of sleep, it should not matter when you go to bed. Sometimes I go to bed at 11, other times not till 4 am

Depends what time you have to wake up the next day. And how well you function on little/ no sleep. For me 10 is usually the best. Even though I never go at 10...

At 24 I'd say 11:00 / 11:30. You still need good sleep or you'll be cranky the next day.

A decent hour to go to bed (for an adult) is defined as being directly after the local evening news. ;)

I always try and go to bed 8 hours before I know I have to get up. Works very well for school.
But since it's summer screw my bedtime. I go to sleep whenever I want to. I love summer!

Well My boyfriend does shift work and he goes to bed at 3am. Or somtimes he goes to bed at 2pm in the afternoon. I go to bed when ever I can get my 2 year old to sleep. there is no "good time" to go to bed sweetie.
