this has been the worst year i have ever had when it comes to my driving record. Up until Dec. 31st, 2005 - i had never had a ticket of any kind, and i have had my CA drivers license since age of 16.

There are NO DUI's --thats good...but there was an accident (1st one ever) on 12/31/05, then others are speeding, and intersection --yellow to red...

You will be considered a negligent operator if your driving record shows any of the following point count totals:

4 points in 12 months, or
6 points in 24 months, or
8 points in 36 months

also 12 point in one year and they will take them away from you.

when i lived out there (in another life) it was 8. slow down, if you do, everybody will pass you, and then you won't have anyone around to run into!!
