It's just a patch of extrememly light skin on my areola above the nipple. Is this bad? Or is my areola just irregularly shaped? It's not painful or elevated or anything.. just a patch of light skin.

It honestly could just be a discolored patch... if you are dark skined I know that they can have patches of discolored skin... but I do agree with the above answer... for your sanity get it checked.

YOU ARE NORMAL!! it's not easy to say if it's a yeast infection or a bladder infection. But I know that taking Echinacia and drinking (real) cranberry juice will alleviate A LOT of your symptoms. You could have gotten this from wiping back to front, or if you wear pads your period may have irritated you, or maybe you left soap in there ( must rinse out very well!). Also, Drink tons of water, peeing a lot will help flush whatever this is out, don't chug soda or other drinks with sugar because that will possibly make it hurt. Talk to your mom, either she'll help or she won't, but at 15 you NEED to start having a good relationship with your mom, just as long as she is a good parent.

It's probably nothing, but it wouldn't hurt to see an M.D. and get a breast exam and maybe mammography
