as a personal trainer here is my advice
Get on some type of weight lifting program.
Circuit weight training actually burns as many calories as running on a treadmill, additionally the added muscle will up your metabolic rate.
A tip to burning calories is to not have as many to burn off.
By that i mean eat more wheat bread and legumes less white bread and pasta. Try to have 4-5 meals a day at 3-500 calories each

try this
eat breakfast in the hour of which you wake up. after eating a BALANCED meal go to the gym or wherever and work out then, this will help speed up your metabolism and give you more energy. eat every 4-5 hours to prevent a major body shock (as in tricking your body that you are trying to starve it).
Take the personal trainers advice above, i have one and i have lost a ton of weight. but be careful don't worry so much now you are still young and worrying has an adverse affect on your pshyc and might cause you to gain instead of loosing.

I would say that you might be technically overweight. But not by too much. You have to remember that your body is still forming. If you don't want to wind up with a child's body forever, you might want to consider this before you go too crazy with the diets. It's entirely possible that you might be gearing up for a growth spurt. If you just want to get fit, walk home from school, walk instead of having your parents drive you to the local mall, or store, or to friends houses. Hang out at the mall and walk around rather than hanging out at a friend's house and watching T.V.. Try to eat less processed sugars and fats. For example, eat fesh or frozen fruit instead of ice cream, and have some popcorn or nuts instead of chips.

Stay away from fast foods ..really ! ..and chips or anything fried ...eat more fruits veggies and salads but use less dressing and low fat dressings --hey not easy, it takes will power
you will not only lose weight but look and feel healthier with more energy ..stopping eating for long periods or only eating 1 or 2 times a day slows your metabolism ( burning fat ! ) so don't skip eating ...eat more often but eat less quantity and healthier

You look fine. Don't worry about it. I'm 5'4'' and 170. It's all about how you carry it because I don't look like I'm that big.
You don't need to lose anything.
