a guy fingered me & his penis was exposed, but it never penetrated me. this was my first time with any kind of sexual act. it happened 3 days before my period was supposed to start, and now more than a week later, my period still has not come. is it possible that somehow i could be pregnant? or since this was my first sexual encounter, could it have thrown off my period? i've really been stressing out about this. i have not attempted to take a pregnancy test because i don't really see how that could've happened. i am not on the pill. i've been having symptoms of pms also. i know this sounds like a really weird situation, but i just need some advice. i'm really worried.

Irregular periods are very normal. However you do need to be careful especially if you are beginning to be sexually active get all FACTS & INFO first then experiment so you won't ahve to stress out. STressing out also can have an impact on why your period is delayed.

i dont know how old you are, or how long youve been menstruating, but they can take a couple years to become regular. and as the other two answer said, stress can cause your period to be late.
