go to start
all programs
accesories
paint
in paint:
click edit
paste
and u can see it

You will have to paste in a graphics program.
In Windows you can use MS Paint. You may find it in the Accessories folder in your Programs list.
Open Paint, then press Ctrl and V.
Then you can save the image from there.
You can even paste it in MS Office applications like Word. Just press Ctrl and V.

start any graphic application like paint and then Edit->Paste. you can use other applications aswell.
