the most important thing to realize about marriage is that its not just a decision you make, its a decision you make every day of your life. theres a lot of people that will argue for either side, but it doesnt really make any difference as to whats right for any certain individual. all you can do is base you actions on what you feel is best for you personally, and your partner. are you the type that cant picture ever staying with just one person, or the type of person that needs a certain special person to be happy? and every day you need to make sure that decision is still right for you.

Yes. But I often wonder why some people get married. Marriage means you found someone that you want to share everything in life with for ever. If you still feel that need with more than one person, you are not ready to be married yet and there is nothing wrong with staying single. But when you mix the two, your headed for conflict and disappointment.

Yes, I do believe in marriage. But it's quite a personal matter. To me marriage is a kind of bonding between two persons , where one shares everything with the other -not only in the materialistic perspective. It's mostly about the inner soul. I'm married, my husband is my best friend in true sense.

Yes, but for not religious reasons. being married to me means making a committment to my partner that they know they can rely on me, and trust me.

For better or worse.

Do I think most people should be married? absolutely not. To be married you have to be able to care about someone else, and work at it. And marriage takes a lot of work to make it succeed. Most people today are too selfish/wrapped up in themselves to make a marriage work, and most aren't willing to put in the time when things get rough.

marriage is when two people who are ready to settle down and ready for commitment are willing to share the rest of their lives with each other. i do beleive in marriage i just think people need to really need to take it slow before jumping the broom, nowadays some people take 2 hours to exchange vows and in 2 minutes their in the coutroom. i believe you should think wisely before you make that hard decision bcause it can ruin your life

all i know it's a human invention with some legal ramifications. do i honestly believe it? no. just look at other creatures, i don't see elaborate weddings. does God only recognize human unifications? i find it odd that if love is eternal, then why did most poeple married for political or material reasons historically. you can tie yourself to another being without a dumb title like mr. and mrs.

now that i live in comtemporary times, do i have to? yes.

It's the legal union of a couple.... people do it because they want the title mr and mrs or because of taxes... i believe in it up to a point... cause what if you're comforable just living together and i hate the title of married couples versus singles... it makes someone who's single seem bad...
