midol and sometimes i use childrens tynelol because i cant swallow pills and it actually helps me dont know if thatll do any good for you though its also good if you get a heating pad and place it in your lower part of the stomach or a wet hot towel can help too another option is take a tea any type will do good and if you can try to sleep for a while after this always helps me hope it will help you :)

Midol, or if you'd prefer something more natural, rosemary tea is good for cramps, which might be the source of your stomach upset. Also peppermint tea is good for soothing the stomach.

Midol maximum strength. It's a godsend. I get the same thing, cramps so bad they almost make me want to throw up and Midol maximum strength takes it all away.

My girlfriend has BAD periods.
Midol does help.
It has a Diarhetic in it (makes you lose water) that helps to shrink the swelling of the uterus.
Try it, It helped her.

advil, motrin, pamprin, tyleenol, or any other pain killer take your pick ...lie down for 20 minuites and then start eating...good as new!

you should eat when on your period, try eating bananas it helps the tummy pain!
