Im pregnant and due any day i lost my mucas plug a week and 1/2 ago and i have been having contractions one minute apart and went to the hospital but my cervics are about an inch from being open what can i do? and how much longer do you think til i will go into labor?

Is this your first baby? If so it can take up to two weeks from the time you lost your plug. Walking helps with speeding up the labor process. Good Luck and congratulations.

If you contractions are a minute apart, I would say you are in labor. If you start having quite a lot of pain, go into the hospital. If you start feeling like you need to push, you should already be in the hospital. Good Luck!

Relax is the main thing. Your baby will come when he or she is ready to. If anything concerns you further dont be afraid to bring it up to your attending doctor. They are paid to look after you and that little miracle. Good Luck and have a safe and fast delivery!

I had the same problem with my first i had contractions for 4 days, I could'nt put up with them so went to see my doctor and he induced me.I kept going back to the hospital and they kept sending me home, and when i seen my doctor he said that they should have admitted me
if I was you i would go and see my doctor.
