I HAVE RECENTLY DELETED MY MYSPACE AS OF A MONTH AGO
I ALWAYS STOOD UP FOR IT
BECAUSE THINGS I SAID WAS RIGHT
LIKE THAT ALL THE PEOPLE WHO TESTIFY AGAINST MYSPACE SHOULD FIRST TRY IT AND SEE WHAT IT IS LIKE
AND THE GIRLS THAT ARE GETTING RAPED SHOULD BE BLAMED FOR EXPOSING TOO MUCH OF THEIR LIFE AND BODIES INSTEAD OF BLAMING MYSPACE
BUT MYSPACE IS NOW MORE OF A FAKE SITE
YOU CAN'T REALLY BE YOURSELF THESE DAYS
AT LEAST YOU WON'T SEE PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING THEM SELVES
AT MYSPACE:
1. YOU SEE HOES ASKING FOR CYBER IN EVERY BULLITON THEY WRITE
2. YOU SEE CHAIN LETTERS THAT ARE TRULY RIDICULOUS
3. YOU SEE NERDS LOOKING UP PICTURES ON GOOGLE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THATS HOTT BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SCARED TO POST WHO THEY REALLY ARE BECAUSE THEY WISH TO SEEM LIKE SUPERFISHAL JOCKS
4. YOU SEE LITTLE GIRLS AT 9 AT THE LEAST BEING BORED AND DRESSING IN THEIR PANTIES AND BRAS TAKING PICTURES OF THEMSELVES LOOKING LIKE HOES
5. HAVING TO FIND THAT YOUR BEST FRIEND DRINKS UNDERAGE OVER MYSPACE
ITS NOT BAD

No I have a myspace, and I have one for each of my sons 14months, 8 and 9 years, they are all private and a person has to be added to see anything on their profiles, My 16yr old daughter has one as well. I have one for my boys so that their family from my ex's side can keep up them with little interaction between them and myself, which is good. Plus I have been able to talk to people from high school that found me on there.

My daughter in 2005 and has used myspace.com to stay in touch with friends who are spread out in college and the military. She recently found a good friend who moved when they were in 8th grade on my space and have since reunited with them and started the old friendship back up. She has also made some new friends that she enjoys hanging out with (friends of friends) There are some bad people on it, but there are bad people right here at yahoo answers.

I think all online meeting or dating places are stupid. People should meet people the good old fashioned way! Knowing them, being a friend. You cannot trust online websites, someone could send a picture of someone else and have a complete different history.
Personal contact and growth is the best way.

websites ike myspace are dangerous because of stalkers and stuff these days
it depends, as long as your careful, you wont get hurt
myspace tends to get very addictive so its 50% good and 50% bad
i mean... u can like meet new people, chat with friends, and its like a free website, who doesnt want that?

I do not think it is a bad website, but I never joined it because I saw on the example of my friends that it takes a lot of time from studying. Also, it makes it easier for people to stalk you.
