No, just call yourself a cab. Or rides in those sleek police cars might be fun too. Maybe they will turn the lights on for you. Just kidding. The answer is still no, but it's better to get a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot than a ticket for drunk driving.

Not funny.
I remember once a guy in a big truck parked in a handicapped spot with a ramp. His front tire was up on the ramp. He jumped out and ran in to the video store. At that same moment, a guy in a wheel chair came out of the store. He could not use the ramp, it was blocked. I yelled at the truck guy, but he just ignored me. I went to the guy in the chair and asked if I could help. He said, "no, I can do it" and he got his chair down the curb. I said "I'm sorry". He said "I'm used to it".
So sad.
