i saw a play that was more rare then a perfect game or hitting for the cycle... i dont remember what year but i think randy velarde was playing second for oakland at yankee stadium (im from NY) and it was 1st and 2nd no outs 3-2 pitch... unassisited triple play. He caught the ball, tagged the runner then stepped on second... the whole crowd was stunned in silence

The most remarkable MLB game I ever attended was Game 7 of the 2001 World Series at Bank One Ballpark (now Chase Field) in Phoenix. I'm not that big of a Diamondbacks fan, but it was fun to see this team that hadn't even been around for 6 years knock off the mighty New York Yankees, and it was remarkable because it was a low-scoring pitchers duel that was decided on the last play of the game (a Luis Gonzalez blooper into shallow left-center off of Mariano Rivera that scored Jay Bell). It was an amazing game to watch, because Luis Gonzalez became the face of the organization, and Rivera was this supposedly unhittable, perfect closer. I'm a Cubs fan, by the way, and this is as close to a World Series I'm going to be cheering in for a while.

I was there for the 13inning Red Sox Vs Yankees games when Jeter Dove into the stands and caught the ball.
To the guy who put he was there for Jeters 2000th hit. I was there too, 2000 hits is not a remarkable feat. Yes its nice to see, but many people do it. He'll be at 3000 soon enough though.

The most remarkable game ive seen was the astros vs the rockies at Minute Maid Park. It was a milestone because the Astros actually scored 12 runs and sometimes the barely score one. plus it was really fun!

Watching Willie McCovey and Gaylord Perry playing in the same game at Candlestick Park. Two old time legends playing each other.

saw the last game of the Washington Senators. The fans ran out into the field and started stealing bases, tearing up the grass. Senators ended up forfeiting even though they were leading.

2004 ALCS Game 4 Yankees Red Sox. Red Sox come back to win, and go on to take the series. Amazing.

xD When Matt Cain carried a no-hitter into the eight.
Or when the Giants hit back-to-back-to-back homers.
Or when the Giants rallied in the ninth to beat LA.
And when Schmidt got 16 strikeouts.
Yes, I am bias.

It would have to be the game where Carlos Delgado hit four homeruns. This feat is more rare than the perfect game!

A's Angels game last year in Anahiem. Angles take the lead, A's hit a grand slam and take the lead, then the Angels hit one and take it right back.
Two grand slams in one game, each to take the lead.
