Imagine one bactery that uses 1mn to clone itself, and one more mn it still clone so that there will have 4 bacteries. So if one bactery needs one hour to fill a bottle, if starting with two bacteries, what is the time needed to fill the bottle ?

I think you mean bacteria.

You said one bacteria fills a bottle in an hour; if you're starting with twice as many, then it takes half the time.

0.5 hours.
