the song still plays and you can still manipulate volume and stuff, but it stays on the rating screen and when you try to change the song it still works ,but only the song's rating screen shows up?
help me please??

If you have to hit the center button a feew times, update the firmware. That was a bug. f that dosent work hold the center button and menu for 10 seconds. If that dosent work gnetly lower your ipod into a bowl of BBQ sauce.

How about you read the instruction manual that came with it to see how to reset it and if that don't work then take it back to the store or use the warranty to have it fixed.

u should turn it off give it a good 15 count and put it back on works fro my nano give it a try!!!
