Yes. Back pain comes with the territory. This is just the beginning. Try a heating pad ,and also I would have my husband give me massages. He would take a tennis ball and roll it over my back. As for being tired, it decreases in the second trimester, but comes back with a vengeance in the third. Good luck.

I'm 3 months. My back aches a little. But I found it to be the way I was sleeping. Don't sleep on your back. Either prop your pillows or lay on your side. Your back is going to hurt cause your uterus is growing, but it should get better.

Sleeping. I tend to take more naps now. This is normal during pregnancy as well. The baby just needs to grow, and you need your rest.

Congrats!!!

i had back pain the whole pregnancy thankfully it is almost over only two weeks to go. I had to go to physical therapy because of my sciatica (spelling??) They gave me a maternity support to wear that supports the belly and back. You can get them at any drug store. Good luck :)
