I have a friend that recently bought a new million dollar house, a new bmw, and soooo much more, all for cash straight up. she assures me that it's because of a break in her job, but I really don't believe her because she's only a supervisor in a company. How do I find out if she won the lotto? And not on the lotto websites or anything, because I think she chose to remain anonymous (for the purpose of leading people on that she EARNED her money and make them jealous).

The names of the lottery winners are a matter of public record. You won't find it listed on the website, but you can request it. As example, the Texas Lottery Commision will give you the information if you file a request under the "Open Records Act". Check for similar possibilities in your state. (See link below.)
