Would anyone want to help start a group that tries to get people involved in some sort of activism?

I feel that too many people these days spend too much time saying things like "What's wrong with the world is...." or "If it were up to me...." or "Things are falling apart around here".

These are the same people who never get involved in any group. They are for saving the environment (or something else) but never join a group or help an organization that activily tries to improve things.

My idea is a group who's sole purpose is to get people to get involved in some group that tries to make the world a better place.
In the 1960's there were millions of people joining 1000's of groups that were protesting or petitioning for change in America..and those changes happened. We need to bring about a new way of changes for America today.

I agree, we need a group to get people involved in activism to change the world. I have been trying to start a group to fight procrastination for years.

Activist groups (also called special interest groups) already exist for a variety of causes. From the NRA to PETA, there's something for everyone.

What cause do you want to advance? Impeach the President? Nuke Iran? You have to be more specific.
