Do you like/love her? If not, then tell her so. But if you do, then I believe that love does not discriminate against age. However if she's under aged (under 18) then it's illegal.

Well, that really depends on the situtation. If she just met you or you barely know her, i would steer clear because that has stalker writen all over it. If you know her and if she was like a friend or family friend or something then you should act like you would with anybody else who said that to you and was just as close. I know some people hate the idea of relationships with age differences, but I know that love has nothing to do with any of that and that doesn`t change because of age difference. As far as I`m concerned, if two people fall in love, thats all that really matters.
Oh, and also her age of course. Though I don`t necessarily believe in the age limit, if she`s under age just watch your back. Believe me I have a friend who`d do anything for attention and for some reasons girls seem to have a bigger tendency for craving attention. A law suit that you had an affair with a minor could definately give her some attention.

Depends on how old the girl is, if she is a legal adult that the man is interested in then I would tell her we can go with this and see what happens but be careful with the "I can't live without you" statements from young girls, to be honest they scare me because I once thought I couldn't live without a guy and it is an awful place to be in if it doesn't work out. She needs to understand she is a vaulable person with great things coming in her life with or without you. To want to spend her life with you is one thing, but "CAN"T LIVE" without you is showing a real lack of self worth..yes she could even if it hurt for a bit once you broke it off.
If she is underage then you would need to let her down as easy as possible. Explain to her that you respect her enough not to take advantage of her inexperience, you are flattered but can't risk yourself legally or risk hurting her future by involving her in this relationship as a minor. If you honestly care about her you wouldn't want to have her not have the chance to develop into a strong adult woman.
If you are tempted then tell her you would like to keep casual contact and once she was legal if she still wanted to explore romance with you then you would be interested in seeing how you would work out as a couple.

There is a psychology which says girls when compared to guys of their age are more matured .So there are some girls who think they should get married to someone elder to them.when that girl said this, she only took this into consideration .It is always fine to have a positive asttitude to such.

If both are well within the age of legally acceptable limits, then check whether she is tru. If she is true and he either likes or neutral (unless he dislikes) help them compromise. If it is India, I prefer suggest them get married. Else leave them to decide their future. Be clear about your role and play a gentlemen. If it is u urself- my opinion is this, choice is urs.

My Dad was 12 years older than my Mom. They were happily married for 30 years before my Dad died in a car wreck.....
Age isn't everything...........but be careful and smart about it. I mean Mom was 20 and Dad was 32 when they got married.

COVER YOUR ***!!! Don't give her anything to use in court to even insinuate the older guy was having illegal relations with her, that kinda thing. Chicks like that can be CRAZY and will turn like the flip of a switch!!

is she only 2 years old girl. it is not an issue. if a 20 year old girl does that, she is blinded by her romantic feeling. if she is 30-40 year old, then she is prepared her mind for a lasting relationship.

Is she legal (check your state laws)? If not, stay the hell away from her! If she's over the age of consent, all that matters is whether or not her feelings are reciprocated. If not, let her down gently, and she'll get over it eventually.
