for me personally - I would leave them alone for a minute or 2, then I would bring a glass of water and maybe a cool cloth and some kleenex and ask if I could help or if they want to talk about it.

This woman is a sucker for somebody in soreness. i could could carry him and tell him that I nonetheless love him and that i visit be there to assist despite the fact that i can. Then i could attempt to get him to voice a number of his techniques and why he felt so down. i could remind him that we are in this at the same time and with the two one human beings engaged on the subject concerns, we can beat something.

Comfort and hold him.
My husband was crying one night because he was afraid and scared of not beating stage 4 lung cancer he had been diagnosed .There were many crying nights to follow........ I held him and told him "We're going to kick its a** and send it on its way!!" He fought his best. Some nights we just cried together talking about the future that may not be for us.
Didn't work.

since women commonly more cryful than men, they understand that when men cry they drop tears for such a emerge thing
i personally will give my touch and hug or at least being there if i'm in this situation, saying it's ok for him to cry if he really want to and he would always have me on his side
after those tears've gone, i will make him tell what's really happened, and listen carefully, try to make some options of solution and keep it a secret between us

i would feel awkward and i would be a little hesitant. cuz usually guys are always acting mucho on the out side but they really can be sensitive they just choose not to show it usually. so id also be a little worried. just to think of what happened that might make him cry. cuz obvisouly it wasnt just a bad day.

I would go to him, touch him lightly without saying anything.
If he responds by reaching for me, I would ask him what's wrong and if there's anything I can do. Then I would follow his wishes.
If he talks ok, if he wants to be left alone, ok.
Hopefully he will tell me what happened when he calms down.

Unless there is a known reason, such as a recent family death or crisis, it is depression. Make an appointment with his physician for him Make the appointment specifically for depression.
