From experience, I am depressed from trying diets that promise and fail. I have a feeling of insecurity. Most people whom are obese over-compensates to surpress their hidden feelings. Many nights of wondering if anyone will touch you as a person and hold because they truly love you. While wondering, if this does happen then whats wrong with them if an average size person doesn't want them. I am an emotional type person. I always stop arguing my points on issues to avoid confrontations. I feel as though people are always pointing at me whispering how fat I am and so forth, so you see we face a lot of emotions about our weight and carry more with the burden of knowing there will be someone smirking at me at the restaurant.

I would think that feeling left out of almost everything would lead you to depression. In today's world, if you are even slightly overweight, you're not fitting into society's ideal of beauty and health.

They'll be depressed, be mentally abused by people, and have no confidence.
