I take it you understand the physical biology of it and that you are asking about technique. There is an excellent book titled 'The Joy of Sex'. It is not too clinical and is very useful and explanitory. It is tastefully illustrated. I gave my granddaughter this book. (It is for adults only). All best wishes.
