Some STD's can also be transferred from toilets when u sit on it to go to the bathroom. I would have to agree with the above answer. Yes I know this is a bit embarrassing but you have tried the obvious treatments and really there isn't anything else you can do. You should go to a doctor because if there is something wrong it could cause infection or make you sterile meaning no kids ever and there could be other complications too. It could be something extremely simple that you just can't get meds over the counter for. Not wearing panties could cause a yeast infection. This does sound like a yeast infection and vagisil treats the itch not the infection. There are over the counter meds for yeast infections some are 7 day treatment, 3 day treatments and ever 1 day treatments.

we learn in nursing school it's best not to use one at all unless ordered by a doctor for some medical reason. Good old soap and water is enough. Feminine washes which go into the vagina cause infections and yeast. It is best to let the natural flora grow. If you have an odor problem ask your doctor for help.

If you want something to keep you fresh, "Summer's Eve" now has a line of individual towelettes that you can carry around with you for freshening up. For bath time they have a very mild soap you can use. I, like a lot of women cannot use everyday soap down there, so these from this line help with a lot of different products. Just check them out.

if its like the baby wipes you can use anytime. Sometimes when you get to bottom of package they are more full of the cleaning fluids. If its like a douche use only if Dr recommends. I would be careful with everything during your monthly. Your cervix is slightly open during that time and can be bacteria in there and cause infection. The best thing to do is just take a shower during that time.

I imagine you should use it like soap when you shower. But, I don't think there is any reason to worry about using any additional products. The vagina is sort of like it's own ecosystem, I trust that my body knows how to maintain the perfect environment and choose not to allow foreign washes that could disrupt the natural balance that is neccessary. Best wishes

Yep Sexy Love is right it causes yeast infections. Be careful. I would only use that once a week and then regular soap this rest of the week.

you should never use feminine washes because they take out all of the good yeast from down there and make all the bad yeast come out causing a yeast infection.....i bought one a while ago also and talked to my doctor and she said the same thing to me.....so i say you should never use it.....call your doc and she will say the same thing

Whenever you shower or bathe. I use that in place of soap as I am extremely sensitive down there. It's just like soap only for it's just your hiney. :)

it's better than soap, it wont cause the irritations soap does, and knocks the odor out better. use it every time you shower.
