Put her on multiple mailing lists with a funny (not funny to her) spelling of her name.
Put her company email address on as many porno sites as you can find. (Don't do this at work)
Sign her up, with the same funny name, for catalouges to be sent to your office. THEY WILL NEVER STOP. Staples is great for that.
Find a company, like Xerox, that has an automated web service to fax you information on their products. Have the fax come at 3AM. If she doesn't have a fax machine it will try every 5 minutes for two hours.
Key her car.
Put her picture on www.hotornot.com and forward the results to all office workers, especially if it's bad. Your vote could have something to do with that.
Sign her up for online dating sites with the work number as her contact. Use a picture of someone super hot from the net. The phone will never stop.
Kick her in the butt just once as hard as you can in the elevator.
Let your imagination run wild. Just don't get caught. Have no compasion for her. Revenge is a dish best served cold!

Since there's not enough information in your question to answer directly, I'll just go to the real point of the situation: Do you feel stronger about paying your bills or putting the ***** down?
I would assume that your income was more important than getting worked up by a game playing manipulator. Perhaps it's simply time to start looking for a new job if she's that troublesome to you. It tends to be difficult to "win" against some people. And from the little info you wrote, she sounds rather nutty, but realize that she is probably more convincing (to the powers at work) that she is the victim in this situation than you are.
I've worked with just about every style of nut-job like this, which is why I suggest just moving on, the situation can be insulting and demeaning and rather than risk your sanity and self-esteem I think it's better to move on along to a healthier atmosphere.
Good luck to you!

yeah I am in the same situation. But I went to my manager and brought the situation to her, I gave her examples of the woman's behavior and told her of others that were also upset.
I then found out that my manager is this woman's daughter and none of my coworkers backed me up. Now the job that I LOVED before this woman started working here is my nightmare every morning.
So my point is that you want to make sure that stopping her behavior is worth more tormoil, or if you should just look for another job

Once she isn't a supervisor or your boss she cannot manipulate you. Do not allow her to do that to you, tap into that mature part of yourself and speak to her, you can do it. You know her better than we do so only you know how to handle this. You just need a push from us. Don't try anything to get back at her, behave like an adult because obvioulsy she is being childish.
You can always ignore her too. I bet you she has self-esteem issues. People with such attitudes normally have self-esteem issues.

You need to run and tell HR what she's doing. If they don't want to help you then threaten them with a lawsuit...sexual harassment can go different directions. It doesn't have to be a "sexual" thing...I can be showing favoritism because she's a woman...know what I mean? Good luck! I hate manipulaters and the world is full of them.

I think you and your colleagues should go along to the HR department and make one huge complaint, however the most impressive action is to rise above it all, that will annoy her more than anything.

Why don't you "Run and Tell" your side of the story, and if it turns out there have been other complaints against her, then you will probably be believed, however if not you must ask anyone else she bothers to report her too.

I am familiar with people like that .. you know what will kill her : IGNORANCE.. ignore her totally.. it will be hard in the beginning .. but you will have to be an actor.. then eventually it will come normal.. but she will be on fire.. because people of her nature feed on other people attention and frustration.

send flowers to her house when her husband is home with another man's name on the card and a romantic message. Try something like, I love our lunches together. Let her deal with that when she comes home from work
