usually can retrieve 'em from the recycle bin (just open the recycle bin folder and take the file out...or right click on it n retrieve ).... otherwise check this link out http://www.smartundelete.com/

If it already is deleted - you can access it by using a software called SoftLogica HandyRecovery. It can recover deleted files.

You say "tried" to delete. Are they deleted or not? If so, are they in the Recycle Bin? If they are, just right-click and click "restore."
