Someone asks you something, then answers it themselves?
For example, my friend is like "What color is your hair?"
I tell her it's red...
And she's like "No it's not... It looks brown..."
Then why the hell did you ask me? If you know so well...

I hate it too, but I think the reason why a person does that is because the question is just an excuse to talk about what ever they ask the question about. You know when she answers the question she asked isn't the answer always a different opinion than yours?
