I think we as a race (human) might be to primitive to ever fully get along with the tribe next door.It used to be in the good old days we fought with sticks and stones and there was lots of room to avoid each other .

If this war goes on much longer the good old days of fighting with sticks and stones might be here again .....only this time we will be 8'11 with one eye and three ears (radiation lovely huh) .

In 100 yrs our technology has increased so much that it is unimaginable to us the way our own grandparents lived . Isn't it obvious to you that we can't handle our own creations ?

Even if we do get rid of or kill the entire tribes next door we will only turn on ourselves (history proves this time and time again) .

The reason that this conflict exists is due to the differences in cultures that breeds hatred on one side (Muslim) and a superiority complex on the other side ("The West"). If we realize that were all people and that we can coexsist without shooting eachother to death then there will be no spark to ignite future conflict. It will be many years, probably a few generations before the two sides settle their differences or the line inbetween is blurred and erased by means of cultural exchange. Both sides need to adjust, and right now the West wants to impose itself on Islam and vice versa (sp). A happy medium is the only way for this to be solved.

Muslin fanaticism can never be annihilated if it is tolerated by Islamic states who want to benefit from this violent mode of expressing opposition against Western Nations. There is really no clear period to time to curb this problem unless people will unite to fight this system through a methodical approach by isolating and destroying their cells of operations.

Have you read any of the Quoran? I heartily recommend it. It is open to interpretation. But, if you are a non-believer, (infidel), you are threatened with death. This from the Islamic holy book as interpreted by the prophet. Do you think these people will be in favor of a 'live and let live' policy?
