Check it with a doctor. Check you have irritation to any food that you take. Check for parasites. If everything is ok, do as others have suggested.

Megha rush to a skin specialist . Do not worry it could be due to some deficiency or fungal infection or an allergy.
The doc shall advise accordingly.

First thing--- Damn!!
Second thing,--- Owww
Third Thing--- , How hard can one really scratch?
Fourth thing--- Cut your nails ASAP!!
Fifth Thing--- what is making you itch.
Sixth Thing--- for relief bathe in an oatmeal bath by Aveeno and use the Oatmeal bodywash and lotion. It shoul help you to stop itching.
Seventh Thing--- See your Doctor it could be getting infected

Before going to sleep, you should take a half bath... then trim your nails short... Maybe it has become a habit of yours to scratch... but you can prevent the scratch marks if you have short nails or even prevent the scratching itself if you clean your body well... ;)

you have to see the Dr, as these rashes can turn to big soars, go to the Dr first, on line help will not do.
