or is the Windows firewall better? or if none of these, which firewall is the best?

I have used McAfee firewall for long now and it has always protected my computer all the times. I dont have anything to say about, positively it has done a great job all the time :)

The free version of the Zone Alarm firewall works extremely well, and is easily downloaded and installed. Go to the below link to get it. If you do decide to use it, disable any other firewalls you have running at the present time.

I disabled Norton's firewall and use only WinXP's. It is automatically updated every time I power on. Personal opinion.

McAfee is the worst, Norton is ok, I have PC-cillin anti-virus and Spy Sweeper and they seem to work good.

i think it is not. Why not try ZoneAlarm firewall i think it is really coool
